Swimathon.

Kids ask family and friends to sponsor them by pledging a small amount per lap — or a flat gift. Then they swim. It's one of the most fun days of our season.

How it works

Download the pledge sheet and have your swimmer collect pledges from family and friends — per lap or a flat amount.

Swim on July 23rd. Swimmers complete as many laps as they can at our special Swimathon practice at Living Memorial Park.

Share the final count. After the event, your swimmer contacts each sponsor with their lap total and the amount owed.

Sponsors pay here using the link below — they enter the amount they pledged. 100% goes to BST.

Print one sheet per swimmer. Your swimmer fills in their name, then goes door to door (or texts family) to collect pledges before July 23rd.

After Swimathon day:
  1. Count your swimmer's total laps
  2. Multiply each sponsor's per-lap pledge by the lap total
  3. Contact each sponsor with their amount and the payment link below
  4. Check them off as they pay

Sponsors: Pay Your Pledge

After you hear from your swimmer with their final lap count, use the button below to pay your pledge. You choose the amount.

Enter the exact dollar amount you pledged — for example, if you pledged $0.50/lap and your swimmer swam 40 laps, enter $20. Or enter your flat donation amount directly.
